After completing education in
BOMBAY CAMBRIDGE SCHOOL - 1995 & B COM from MUMBAI UNIVERSITY - 1999, Mr. Arun S Bagree chose to quit formal education and joined the family Textile business M/s TRUPATI TEXTILE & SHREELAL BAGREE & SONS having office in Kalbadevi and Ichalkaranji having turnover of more than 100 crore yearly.

Then in 1999 started Arun Shreelal Bagree ( Proprietary firm ) Textile firm based at Surat, Gujarat to take care of more than 40 years old textile family business.

M/s GENESIS TRADING CO. Established in the year 2006 Trading in Inks, Duplex Grey Back & Kraft Board. Authorized Distributor for many reputed paper mills.

Here we also gave complete plant setup and Manufacturing solutions to reputed firms like IMPAKT PACKAGING - UNIT IV. established in the year 2016.

M/s SMART EDGE PACKAGING Established in (2022). It's a Partnership firm with 4 partners mentioned below.

  1. 1. SHREELAL D. BAGREE ( Senior Citizen ) still taking care of Textile Business and one of Investors.
  2. 2. RAJSHREE S. BAGREE ( Senior Citizen ) House maker and one of the Investors.
  3. 3. MEGHANA A. BAGREE House Maker, Entrepreneur at M/s. MEKAB INKS (Proprietorship Firm) & one of Investors.
  4. 4. ARUN S. BAGREE Entrepreneur having more than 27 years experience in Textiles, Packing Material Manufacturing and one of the Investors.

M/s Mekab Inks Established (2008). Here we manufacture Printing Inks and Coating.

M/s SMART EDGE PACKAGING

Started in 2022 based at Surat and now we have FIVE manufacturing Units coming up at ( Nashik - Maharashtra / Reengus - Rajasthan / Jigani - Karnataka, Chennai - Tamil Nadu, Kalkatta - West Bengal) here we will manufacture Edge Protectors, OD Protector, ID Protector & Flat Board it is used for Palletizing the material for Export. Shortly we will also introduce our Paper Pallets in market.

M/s MEKAB INKS

Started in 2008 based at Surat here we are manufacturing different type of Inks as below.

  • Water Base Inks:

    Mainly used to print on Paper with help of Flexo & Gravures Machine.

  • Solvent Base Ink:

    Mainly used to print on LDPP, HDPP & Non Woven sacs.

  • Water Resistance Coating:

    Mainly used on Paper to improve cob value of Paper and from Moisture.

  • Binders & Additives:

    We have binders like MEK 74, MEK 89, MEK 90 & OPV (Over Print Varnish)

  • Double Sided cotton tape used in stereo Flexo Printing.
  • BOPP Tapes.
  • Timing Belts.

Started in 2022 here we are manufacturing High quality Export Boxes especially for Fruits, Vegetable & Beverage products. We provide Coated export Corrugated boxes it prevent the packed material inside by Climatic conditions & Moisture.

M/s SMART EDGE PACKAGING (Unit II - for Corrugated Boxes)

Started in 2001 here we are manufacturing High quality Store Boxes especially for Fruits, Vegetable & Beverage products where the boxes are kept in Cold Storage for 45 to 60 days. We provide Coated storage Corrugated boxes it prevent the packed material inside by Climatic conditions & Moisture.

M/s SMART EDGE PACKAGING (PAPER TUBES & CORE DIVISION)

Started in 2022 here we are manufacturing Paper Core & Paper Tubes mainly used for winding of the products.
